Catrick Brew
We are Cat and Rick – two beer nuts. We live in Aptos, California where we have a plentitude of wonderful local breweries. We dream of one day opening a craft brewery called Catrick Brewing Co. We have brewed many different types of beers, but our best ones have been stouts and IPAs.
We are members of Cruz Beer, a social group dedicated to promoting and highlighting the independent craft brewing community in the greater Santa Cruz area. Cruz Beer organizes social events at local breweries and taprooms.
We, Cat and Rick, also try to visit as many breweries as possible when we go to different towns. This blog will be a documentary of our quest for great beers around the state, the country and the world.
